The distress was palpable as the young child attempted to “cough it up,” but his efforts proved futile, leaving him unable to breathe. Reacting immediately, the mother recounted, “I picked him up immediately and started to perform back blows. With the second blow, it was dislodged from his throat.”
Home security footage captured the harrowing incident, revealing the mother’s rapid response. She adeptly scooped her son from his highchair, placing him over her knee to execute sharp back blows.
