PASO ROBLES, CA – A new and exciting opportunity for mothers and their infants has emerged in Paso Robles as YaYa Yoga CA, in collaboration with Paso Robles Recreation Services, prepares to introduce a four-week Mom & Baby Yoga class series. The series is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, November 28 at 11 a.m., taking place at the serene Acorn Room within Centennial Park, 600 Nickerson Drive.
These 45-minute classes have been thoughtfully designed to offer a dedicated space for new mothers and their infants, specifically targeting those aged between six weeks and pre-crawling. The program encourages meaningful connections and interaction among moms while encompassing yoga exercises tailored for both the mothers and their little ones. Additionally, the classes will emphasize yoga techniques tailored for infants. Mothers will also gain valuable insights into infant massage techniques, which can be instrumental in addressing common issues such as congestion, digestion, and sleep.
Instructor Vanessa Orr, representing YaYa Yoga CA, underscores the unique and multifaceted nature of this class. She characterizes it as a harmonious blend of a mother’s support circle and a yoga experience. Additionally, there is a nominal $5 supply fee for baby massage oil, which can be settled during the initial class session.
