Hilaria Baldwin, 41, opened up about her decision to undergo breast augmentation after spending over a decade either pregnant or breastfeeding. On Sunday’s episode of The Baldwins TLC show, she explained that after years of breastfeeding, she felt the need to “do a little up.”
“I’ve been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for over a decade,” she shared. “This is the first time I’ve not been pregnant or breastfeeding since I started having kids.”
Hilaria and her husband Alec Baldwin have seven children, including Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María Lucía, 4, and Ilaria, 2. Hilaria breastfed all her children and said her body changed after milk production ended. “When the milk goes out, it’s a different, much lower reality,” she noted.
While acknowledging that breast augmentation after breastfeeding is common, Hilaria expressed concern about her daughter Carmen. “I don’t want them to feel they have to be a certain way,” she said, reflecting on her own struggles with self-doubt and media criticism.
Alec Baldwin is also father to Ireland Baldwin, his daughter with ex-wife Kim Basinger. He became a grandfather in 2023 when Ireland had a daughter, Holland. The Baldwins premiered in February, offering a look into the family’s life behind the scenes.
