Kendall Long, a two-time “Bachelor in Paradise” alum, has welcomed her first child with her husband, Sagely. The new mom shared the joyful news on March 5, 2025, just days after the baby’s arrival.
In an Instagram Story, Long posted a photo of the newborn wrapped in a blanket in a hospital bassinet. She covered the baby’s face with a white heart, which also hid the card containing additional details. “Hearts are SO full! Just enjoying our first few days as a family with the new BABE! Will share more soon,” Long wrote.
Long first announced her pregnancy in September 2024, sharing a series of photos on Instagram. “We have had quite the escapade these past few years, but our most exciting adventure is yet to come,” she wrote, revealing her baby was due in February 2025. The pictures, taken on a beach in Lisbon, Portugal, showed Long with a small baby bump while holding ultrasound photos.
Long initially appeared on season 22 of “The Bachelor” with Arie Luyendyk Jr., where she made it to the hometown dates but was eliminated during the Fantasy Suite rounds. She later joined “Bachelor in Paradise” season 5 and formed a relationship with Joe “Grocery Store Joe” Amabile. Although they didn’t get engaged, they stayed together through his time on “Dancing with the Stars,” before announcing their split in January 2020.
Amabile later found love with Serena Pitt, whom he married after joining season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.” Long made a brief return to the show but found lasting love with Sagely off-screen.
The couple got engaged in November 2022 and secretly married in Santa Barbara, California, in August 2024 while living abroad. Long revealed their marriage to fans, saying, “So far our married life has been an unforgettable adventure together!”
In October 2024, Long and Sagely announced their move back to the U.S. to raise their child close to family. They decided not to find out their baby’s gender before the birth, leaving fans eager for a full reveal once the couple is ready to share more details, including the baby’s name.
