A man in Port Arthur, Texas, is under investigation after a TikTok video surfaced showing him using a baby to clear snow off a car. The video, which quickly went viral, prompted local authorities to look into the incident.
The footage was brought to the attention of police by a concerned community member who was disturbed by the actions captured in the video. Port Arthur, located approximately 90 miles east of Houston, was recently hit by a winter storm that blanketed much of southeastern Texas.
The TikTok video was recorded on Tuesday, January 21, and shows the man wiping snow off both the front and back windows of a car using the infant. In the video, the man is seen laughing and smiling while carrying out the act.
According to KFDM, Port Arthur police have identified the man in the video and have already spoken to him regarding the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
