UFC star Ronda Rousey has announced the arrival of her second child with husband Travis Browne.
On Thursday, Rousey shared the news on Instagram, posting a video and several photos of their newborn. “Our little girl came into this world during a windstorm into a city on fire. So grateful she made it safe and sound,” she wrote.
The couple named their baby girl Liko’ula Pā’ūomahinakaipiha Browne.
One of the photos shows Rousey and Browne’s older daughter, 3-year-old La’akea, meeting her new sister.
In July, Rousey revealed she was expecting at Comic-Con. During a panel promoting her graphic novel Expecting the Unexpected, she joked about her pregnancy while discussing the project. “This experience has been so rewarding,” she said. “And with your support, I hope to continue being a graphic novelist. It doesn’t attack my body as much, so maybe I can keep doing this until I’m an old lady… or at least while I keep popping out these babies!”
At the event, Rousey wore a floral pink dress that highlighted her baby bump.
In November, Rousey and Browne celebrated with a baby shower, featuring crepes from a local vendor. Browne shared a video of the event on Instagram, writing, “We’re taking this baby shower to the next level with @the_crepe_dude bringing their legendary crepe magic to SoCal!”
Rousey and Browne have been married for seven years.
