A six-month-old girl has died after being involved in a crash at a multi-storey car park in Tenby, Pembrokeshire.
Sophia Kelemen, from Leigh in Greater Manchester, was taken to the hospital after the incident on January 2 but tragically passed away the following day.
Dyfed-Powys Police expressed their condolences, stating, “Our thoughts remain with her family during this difficult time. They are being supported by specially trained officers.”
Flaviu Naghi, 33, from Wigan, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, as well as driving without a license and insurance. He is scheduled to appear in Swansea Crown Court on February 7.
Police also arrested Mr. Naghi on suspicion of drink-driving and drug-driving. He has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
The crash took place on the ground floor of the car park in the seaside town.
