Orlando Health South Lake Hospital’s Center for Women and Babies welcomed its first newborn of the year at 8:23 p.m. on January 1, 2025. Baby girl Emery, weighing 4 lbs., 12.5 oz. and measuring 17.3 inches, is the daughter of Ryan and Jennifer Wilson.

In celebration of the occasion, the Central Florida Diaper Bank has gifted the family a year’s supply of diapers, totaling approximately 3,600 diapers. The Diaper Bank works to promote healthy growth, nutrition, and development for children from birth to age three. By identifying families’ needs and providing essential resources, the organization helps families achieve self-sufficiency.
