Margot Robbie Pregnant With First Child, Flaunts Baby Bump in Italy

by daisy

Margot Robbie is reportedly expecting her first child with husband Tom Ackerley. The Barbie star was recently seen showing off her baby bump while vacationing in Italy. Publications such as People magazine and the Daily Mail have confirmed her pregnancy.

Robbie and Ackerley met in 2013 on the set of the World War II film Suite Francaise. They married in 2016. Both People magazine and the Daily Mail have confirmed that the couple is expecting their first child. The Daily Mail even published photos of Robbie at Lake Como, revealing her baby bump.

Neither Robbie nor Ackerley has publicly responded to these reports. The couple has always kept their relationship private. Their wedding in December 2016 was a small, intimate event in Australia, and they did not announce their engagement beforehand.

In a previous interview with People magazine, Robbie spoke about her relationship, saying, “I was the ultimate single gal. The idea of relationships made me want to vomit.” She continued, “And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, oh, he would never love me back. Don’t make it weird, Margot. Don’t be stupid and tell him that you like him. And then it happened, and I was like, of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before.”

Robbie and Ackerley began dating in 2014 and married two years later. In an interview with the Daily Telegraph, Robbie mentioned a key piece of advice from other couples in the industry: “The most helpful thing I’ve learned from other couples in this industry is that you don’t go more than three weeks without seeing each other.” She added, “Being in a long-distance relationship can be really hard when you don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. It can mess with your head, so the three-week rule is key.”

Last week, Ackerley told The Sunday Times that he spends “24 hours a day” with Robbie. “It’s seamless. We don’t have a toggle on, toggle off. It’s all become one thing,” he said. He also noted that Robbie feels like an honorary Brit, while he feels like an honorary Australian. The couple, who produce films together through their company LuckyChap Entertainment, are now set to enter a new phase in their lives. Fans are excited and wish them well.
