Tessa Sveter and her husband Ryce have been striving to give their son Alistair a better life since his birth in February 2023.
Alistair has a rare condition called Neurocutaneous Melanosis. This causes large and multiple congenital melanocytic nevi, or moles, to appear all over his body, face, and head. In Alistair’s case, some of these growths are on his brain, leading to severe seizures and difficulty with walking, speaking, and movement.
Despite these challenges, Tessa and Ryce are committed to providing a good life for Alistair. However, Ryce lost his job six months ago because he spent too much time caring for Alistair. Recently, Ryce secured a new job, but the family’s car broke down last week and needs major repairs. Without the car, Ryce struggles to get to work and take Alistair to his doctor’s appointments, adding to their financial strain.
Tessa’s mother, Nicole, reached out to the Spencer Solves It team for help. Tonight at 6 p.m., Bill Spencer will begin the process of getting Ryce and Tessa’s car back in working order.
