Community Baby Shower Supports New Parents in Bath

BATH (WGME) — A community baby shower was held in Bath over the weekend to assist new parents.

The nonprofit Midcoast Maine Action Community organized the event. They asked people to donate essential baby items like diapers, clothing, and toys for expecting parents and families.

New parents had the chance to learn about prenatal care, parenting tips, and child development.

The event also provided an opportunity for parents to connect with others in the community who are also new to parenthood, fostering mutual support.
