NEW YORK — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a recall reminder for Gerber Soothe N Chew Teething Sticks after reports that the product is still being sold in stores and online, despite an initial recall in January.
The recall affects the strawberry apple and banana flavors of Gerber’s Soothe N Chew Teething Sticks. These products were recalled due to a potential choking hazard for infants and young children. The company has also announced the discontinuation of the product.
The teething sticks were sold nationwide in stores and online. Consumers who purchased the affected products are advised to return them for a refund and consult a doctor if they have any concerns about illness or injury.
