Tia Booth, a former Bachelor contestant, and her husband Taylor Mock have announced the arrival of their second child—a baby girl. The couple shared the joyful news on Instagram on Saturday, February 8, with a touching video from the hospital. The video shows Booth holding their newborn daughter close, while Mock smiles down at them. Coldplay’s song “Sparks” plays in the background, adding to the emotional moment.
“It’s a baby girl, T,” Mock says in the video, affectionately rubbing Booth’s head.
The couple, who tied the knot in November 2023, are already parents to 2-year-old son, Tatum. Back in August, Booth revealed they were expecting another baby in a sweet Instagram video. In it, Tatum wore a white sweater that read “baby bro” in pink. He happily ran toward his parents on a picnic blanket, adding to the excitement. The video was set to Wilfred’s song “Everything We Need,” with the caption: “BIG BROTHER TATUM.”
Booth and Mock first met at a going-away party for one of Booth’s friends. Their friendship soon turned into a relationship after Mock admitted he had a crush on Booth. He proposed in April 2022 during a Bachelor Live show in Atlanta.
The couple’s first child, Tatum, was born on December 7, 2022, at 6:13 a.m. Booth and Mock shared the happy news on Instagram, calling the moment the “best day of our lives.”
Before their wedding last year, Booth spoke to People about expanding their family. “The next chapter looks like more babies ASAP! Grow businesses, grow as a team. We’re also getting a puppy to keep things interesting,” she said. “We’re pumped.”
