The tiniest patients at Children’s National Hospital are getting ready to celebrate their very first Christmas in style, and they are certainly stealing hearts this holiday season.
A Special Christmas Tradition
On Monday, the hospital shared heartwarming pictures of babies from the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) dressed in festive attire. This annual tradition brings joy to both staff and families as the little ones are dressed up in holiday-themed outfits to spread cheer.
Festive Fashions for Tiny Patients
The NICU babies were dressed in a variety of adorable holiday costumes. Some were wrapped as tiny presents, while others sported charming candy cane outfits. One special baby was even marked as a “special delivery.” Adding to the festive spirit, a mini Santa met with the real Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus for a quick photo opportunity.
The hospital’s NICU team continues to bring joy and warmth to the holiday season with this sweet tradition, reminding everyone of the magic and love that Christmas brings.
