Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian child in Nablus on Sunday, as they conducted operations in various parts of the city. The incident occurred during an afternoon incursion by occupation soldiers, prompting protests from local Palestinian youths.
Reports from media sources indicate that soldiers used live ammunition, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades against civilians and their residences. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed that a 15-year-old was hit in the hand by live fire and subsequently taken to the hospital for medical attention.
Later in the day, Israeli forces entered the village of Osarin, southeast of Nablus, where they fired live rounds and tear gas canisters, leading to further protests, although no injuries were reported.
Additionally, footage aired by Palestine TV depicted military vehicles entering the town of Qusra, also southeast of Nablus, without causing injuries or making arrests.
In a separate incident, Israeli forces shot a young Palestinian man in the chest with live ammunition near the Apartheid Wall, located north of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
